Appalachian Headwaters

Learn Local Butterflies in June

Come learn about butterflies and explore the new Headwaters Park in Lewisburg.

Appalachian Headwaters is holding a free series of fun, interactive butterfly programs with our summer resident ecologist, Dr. Ami Thompson! Come catch butterflies and learn about this important group of pollinators with us. We’ll also share more opportunities to get involved with community science programs. This program will take place on June 25 from 2-4 PM.

Dress for the weather. No experience necessary. Children and adults welcome!

There is no cost, but please RSVP here on facebook or email kjohnson@appheadwaters.org to let us know you’re coming.
